Sarah is the founder of SBT and pediatric occupational therapist. She is passionate about helping children thrive and supporting families with compassionate, individualized care. She also enjoys advocating for OT by presenting at state, national and international conferences and has a passion for training the next generation of OT's through mentoring students. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her two kids, playing soccer, training for HYROX, and traveling.
Yosseline Gutierrez

Yosseline is a bilingual (English/Spanish) occupational therapist dedicated to helping children and families reach their full potential. She has experience supporting underserved communities and individuals with developmental delays and disabilities. A Certified Neuro Practitioner, Yosseline values building strong relationships with families through collaboration and reflective practice.
Deborah Metz

Deborah is a pediatric occupational therapist with advanced training in swallowing assessment, evaluation, and intervention, as well as a certification in Sensory Integration. She is skilled in developmental, feeding, and sensory assessments and is passionate about helping children build skills for everyday success. Outside of work, Deborah enjoys traveling and exploring new places, bringing curiosity and connection into all she does.

Marlene is a bilingual (English/Spanish) occupational therapist who is committed to providing comprehensive, client-centered care. She specializes in sensory integration, ADL training, positive behavior support, and family education. Marlene is passionate about providing culturally responsive, individualized care that helps children and families thrive. When not working, Marlene likes reading, spending time with her family at the beach or park, going to Disneyland, and traveling.
