Terms & conditions
Last updated: January 1, 2026
These terms govern your use of this website and, where noted, your relationship with Sarah Bryan Therapy ("SBT," "we," "us") as a client. By using this site or scheduling an appointment, you agree to the terms below.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Using this website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes, and not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems
- Copy, reproduce, or republish content from this site without permission
- Use the site in a way that could disable, overburden, or impair it
Not a substitute for care
Content on this website — including staff bios, descriptions of services, and general information — is provided for informational purposes only and is not medical advice. It does not replace an evaluation by a qualified occupational therapist or other healthcare provider, and shouldn't be used to make treatment decisions.
Appointments & cancellations
Appointments can be scheduled by phone, email, or through a referral. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule; late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee, which will be communicated to you at intake.
Billing & insurance
Where we bill insurance on your behalf, coverage and reimbursement are ultimately governed by your plan, and you remain responsible for any amount your insurer doesn't cover. Self-pay rates and current accepted plans are available on request.
Intellectual property
The text, graphics, logo, and design of this website belong to Sarah Bryan Therapy unless otherwise noted, and may not be used without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
This website is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, SBT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in this section limits liability related to the clinical care you receive, which is governed by separate consent and care agreements signed at intake.
Third-party links
This site may link to third-party resources for convenience. We don't control and aren't responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision, and continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which SBT operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
